Phaedra thinks Apollo is a compulsive liar who’s destroyed their family, and as a result, she is vowing never to let her children see their father in prison! HollywoodLife.com has the exclusive details.
Phaedra Parks is playing hardball with her husband, Apollo Nida. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star thinks every word that comes out of her estranged husband’s mouth is a lie and doesn’t want her children to have connection to him, while he’s caged in prison! Ouch!
Phaedra Parks & Apollo Nida’s Kids — Not Visiting Him In Prison
America’s favorite Southern Belle is getting a crash course on being a single mother, and we’re told she’s up to the task and she’s pretty strict, too.
“Phaedra’s made up her mind and will not allow her children to visit Apollo in jail. Not now, not ever,” a source close to the Donkey Booty creator reveals EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com. “She doesn’t want to see his face and despite her knowing in her heart that her boys need their father, she can’t allow her boys to see their father in the condition he’s in.”
We’re told Phaedra also has reservations about what Apollo will say to their children, especially after sending her one incredibly mean and nasty letter.
“She thinks he’s a liar and a manipulator and the one thing she won’t do is allow him to manipulate her children or worse — feed them negative ideas about their own mother,” our insider added.
Will Phaedra Financially Support Apollo In Prison?
Now that Apollo is in prison, it’s likely he’s depending on his family, including Phaedra, to support him. We’re learning Phaedra isn’t forking over a dime to help him and once their divorce is final, she’s making sure Apollo won’t come after her for cash.
“Phaedra said ‘I’m going to be very fair with Apollo, he will leave with what he brought into the relationship: nothing,'” the source explains. “In other words, she doesn’t care if he leaves prison with a T-shirt and a dirty pair of boxers on. She’s not f**king with him and suggests he find another rich woman to mooch off on because she’s closed the doors on his gravy train.”
HollywoodLifers, do you think Phaedra’s being too harsh on Apollo?
