Gwen Stefani’s Hair On ‘The Voice’ — ’50s Inspired
For Nov. 17’s Top 12 episode, Gwen had her platinum blonde locks slicked back straight and out of her face. It really accentuated her model-like bone structure — her high cheekbones and chiseled jawline.
To copy Gwen’s sleek look, start by flat ironing the ends of your hair. Then take a comb and run some water on it so it makes the slicking part easier.
Start by combing back just the top of your head so that you no longer have a part in your hair. Rake your fingers through the hair you just combed to create volume, and spray with Serge Normant ‘Meta Luxe’ Hairspray. To keep your style in place, it’s important to use a lot of hairspray. The Serge Normant Meta Luxe Hairspray promises to give your style intense hold and volume.
Move on to the sides of your hair, and repeat the same process.
Gwen Stefani’s Matching Retro Makeup
Gwen’s makeup coordinated perfectly with her 50s styled hair. She had on smokey brown eyeshadow, nude lips, and soft pinched-pink cheeks. Her big and bold lashes are what gave the look an extra glam effect.
