Once upon a time, Kim Kardashian swore never to get naked again and cried about it on an episode of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’ Watch the video!
Kim Kardashian‘s feature in Paper magazine was not her first time getting naked for a photo shoot, but it was the most revealing! Diehard Kardashian fans will remember an episode of Kourtney And Kim Take New York when Kim pitched a fit once she saw her assets bared in W magazine in 2010 — watch the moment when Kim swore never to get naked again!
Kim Kardashian Naked: In 2010, She Swore Never To Get Naked Again — Watch
The photos that Kim is crying over appeared in W magazine’s annual art issue in 2010. In it, she is fully naked. Like, fully.
In the episode, which aired in 2011, she claims that W basically tricked her, and that she was supposed to have been covered with photos of art.
On the phone with mom Kris Jenner, 59, Kim sobbed: “I feel so taken advantage of. They promised me I’d be fully covered. […] I’m never getting naked again.”
Kim Kardashian’s Shoot In ‘Paper’: Not The First Time She’s Gotten Naked
Of course, Kim, 34, would prove herself wrong several more times after that incident.
However, note that Kim says in the episode that she felt “taken advantage” of — she was misled. With her Paper shoot and with her many other nude or scantily-clad shoots before it, Kim was in full control of her image and her body; that wasn’t the case with the W shoot, or so she said.
Indeed, as a source previously revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, her shoot in Paper did make her feel “powerful!”
Sure, Kim once said she’d never get naked again, but it wasn’t etched in stone! Still, it’s pretty ironic to see her sob over a comparatively tame shoot when, four years later, she would pose with her entire business out as a wife and mother. But hey, she’s a grown woman and can do what she wants — she’s laughing all the way to the bank.
