Shots fired! Jonathan Bennett was voted off ‘Dancing With The Stars’ on Oct. 20, and he’s not happy about it. Who does Jonathan think deserved to go home before him? Click to find out!
Jonathan Bennett learned a thing or two from Mean Girls. The DWTS cast-off spoke exclusively to HollywoodLife.com, firing off on the dance competition series. What he said is so shocking that even Jonathan admitted, he knows he’ll never be invited back!
‘DWTS’: Jonathan Bennett Disses Bethany Mota & Tommy Chong
Jonathan isn’t very happy that he was eliminated from Season 19 on the Week 6 show.
“Dude! The fact that Tommy Chong is still on the show means anything can happen,” the actor told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY in Los Angeles at the launch of Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Nov. 10.
So now that he’s gone, who does he think is going to win?
“Lea Thompson just went home so I think I’m going to win Dancing with the Stars.”
“I think they’re going to have some sort of new rule where they’re going to bring back the audience favorite, which was me, and have me dance for the mirrorball. I mean, maybe?” he pondered. “I actually have no idea who’s going to win. It could be Bethany [Mota]. YouTube’s a b*tch man. You’re dealing with a big f**king empire there. I mean, I am no one to talk, I got voted off before a 76-year-old man and a race car driver who has two left feet. So, the fact that that happened means anything is possible. Really. Like, Tommy Chong is still on the show. It’s amazing.”
Ouch. The NASCAR cast-off he’s taking aim at is, of course, Michael Waltrip, who was sent home two weeks after Jonathan.
Jonathan Bennett Slams ‘Dancing With The Stars’
Clearly, Jonathan isn’t pleased to be off the show, but what ran through his head during the actual moment he was eliminated?
“Well, when it was time to go, you’re ready to go,” he said. “After you dance, your groin and your ass can only take so much of a beating before you’re done. Anytime you can beat your groin that hard…the problem is you can’t beat your groin that hard for that long and have it feel good. Eventually you’ve just got to step away.”
Hmmm. So when Jonathan’s “groin” recovers, does he ever want to return to the ballroom?
“When I do All Stars,” he jokes, “I probably won’t get invited back to the All Stars considering the stuff I’ve been saying about Dancing with the Stars. That’s fine.”
