A Baltimore Ravens cheerleader was stretchered off the field after landing on her neck during a stunt at the game on Nov. 9. Being that the injury appeared serious, fans joined together to pray for the young girl as she was taken to nearby hospital. 

So scary! A cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens experienced every cheerleaders nightmare when she was dropped during a stunt! Apparently, she didn’t move for several minutes after landing on her neck!

Baltimore Ravens Cheerleader Injured During Game After Landing On Her Neck

On Nov. 9, a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens thrown into the air during a routine at the Ravens’ game against Tennessee Titans at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.

According to witnesses, she was dropped by her teammates and landed on her neck — ouch! CBS Sports reported that the young girl didn’t move for several minutes as medical personnel worked on her. One photographer nearby said she was hyperventilating and crying while laying motionless on the ground.

Cheerleader Was Rushed To Hospital For Tests

After being attended to for about 15 minutes on the field, the injured cheerleader was rushed to a nearby hospital for precautionary tests on her neck and back. Fans in the stands took to Twitter to pray for the young girl after she was stretchered off the field.

According to the Baltimore Sun, all tests came back clear. What a relief — we are so happy to hear that!
