Ava Sabrina London’s Sex Transformation: Photos Of Hank Baskett’s Alleged Lover

Ava Sabrina London was born as “Paul” and was once a fashion student at FIDM in San Francisco, according to Radar Online.

By 2011, Ava Sabrina began hormone treatment, had her first two nosejobs, a feather lift and her chin shaved. Yet she was still going back and forth about making the difficult decision to transition.

“It’s scary,” she said. “It happened so fast.”

Luckily, Ava had the support of her family.

“Before I moved to San Francisco in 2008, my mom found out that I was gay and as a boy I was trying to hide everything,” she said. “I developed my own style. I decided I wanted to move away. Modesto is a small town and I didn’t want to be there anymore. I started doing my own thing. But when I told my family I was transsexual, they said, ‘This is who you are.’ My whole family is totally accepting.”

Of course, transitioning came at a steep price.

“Transitioning cost a lot of money, I probably spent $50,000 on surgeries, but I wanted someone to pay for it,” she said. “The guy that I was seeing paid for everything. He even bought me two cars – a Hummer H3 and a BMW 325i.”

Today, Ava Sabrina is best known for being the transsexual model that Hank cheated on Kendra Wilkinson with.

Kendra Wilkinson Forgives Hank Baskett And Says They Will ‘Be Together Forever’

Surprisingly, Kendra recently admitted she forgives Hank and they’ll be together forever.

“He’s not what anybody thinks. He loves me and we’re gonna be together, for the rest of our lives. We’ll prove it, we’ll prove it… until we’re 100 years old. We’re gonna be together forever,” she said on Access Hollywood on Nov. 7.
