When Ryan Seacrest, 39, sat down with Selena on his radio show On Air, he asked her the question that’s been on all of our minds for a while now: What really happened between her and Kendall Jenner? Are they still friends or what?
“We were never NOT friends,” Selena exclaimed in response. When Ryan pointed out that Sel followed and then unfollowed Kendall on Instagram, she explained, “All of it is for my fans. I didn’t realize it was going to start that. I was just like, ‘You know what, I’m just going to follow my fans.’ I didn’t know that [unfollowing] was like a thing.”
Phew! We are so relieved to hear that there’s zero drama between Kendall and Selena. Girls have to stick together!

Selena didn’t stop there — she also opened up to Ryan about her roller coaster romance with Justin Bieber, 20, and revealed that her new song, “The Heart Wants What It Wants,” is all about the Biebs!
And when Ryan asked Selena if that “chapter” in her life was over, she replied, “I support him [Justin]. I think I always will. I’m upset when he’s upset, I’m happy when he’s happy. I don’t want anything bad ever happen to him. It hurts me. That’s all.”
That is so sweet! Selena is usually very private about her relationships — both romantic and platonic — so we love getting these rare glimpses into her life!
