We are more obsessed with Lorde than ever! The long-awaited video for her ‘Hunger Games: Mockingjay’ song ‘Yellow Flicker Beat’ has been released, and it does not disappoint in the slightest! Check it out!

Just one day before Lorde turns 18, the New Zealander has revealed the incredible video to go with her hit song “Yellow Flicker Beat.” It’s obvious by the tone of the video that Lorde had a say in every step in the process, and it’s an absolute must-watch for her fans!

So, as you would expect, the video is a little dark, a little confusing, but SO brilliant. It starts of with the talented teen sitting on bed at a sleazy motel, in a kind of Mad Men-esque working woman look. She continues to belt out the ballad in a ton of other scenes as well, and looks so great in each bit!

The four minute-long video quickly switches to Lorde standing on her own by the side of a secluded road, in a super flattering red pantsuit, and then moves to her killing it on stage under a single spotlight. We see her dipping her toes into a pool, rocking an all-white look at a bus stop and in the hottest gown we’ve EVER seen her in!

Fans should know that they will get to see her bust out into the seriously freaky dance moves that she’s known for, and that it fits so well into the whole theme of the song! The video’s feel is weird and unsettling, but very Lorde and very awesome.

Lorde’s famous friends apparently love the video too! Both Lana Del Ray and Charli XCX have retweeted the video in support of the singer.

What do you think about the video, Hollywood Lifers? Did it live up to your expectations? Let us know!
