Jason Aldean, 37, is bringing new music to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena at the 48th Annual CMA Awards. After performing his hit single ‘Burnin’ It Down’ from his latest LP, ‘Old Boots, New Dirt’ on Nov. 5, we are huge fans of Jason’s new jams!
Jason Aldean is a little bit country, a little bit rock ‘n roll — and we love it! The Georgia native seems to be embarking on a new chapter in his successful music career and after herring him sing Burnin’ It Down, we can’t wait to see what else he has in store!
Jason Aldean Performance At CMA Awards
Jason performed his latest single, “Burnin’ It Down,” and hands-down, he definitely brought down the roof with his excellent performance! The country cutie rocked a cowboy hat and ripped jeans, which totally embodied his country meets rock style. “Burnin’ It Down” even has some R&B undertones and strikes a stark contrasts to the traditional country ballads that we will be hearing tonight!
Jason is no stranger to taking the stage during country music’s most popular event!
The artist has garnered 13 CMA award nominations throughout his career and took home two CMA awards in 2011! Oh and did we mention, nine of his singles have reached the number one position on the Hot Country Songs charts? Not too shabby!
After watching Jason rock the stage with his new music, we can only expect more CMA nominations for the country star! Unfortunately, we will have to wait another year to find out! Until then, it seems like it’ll be a busy year for Jason not only professionally, but also personally!
Jason Aldean Begins New Chapter
The country crooner popped the question to former American Idol contestant, Brittany Kerr, on Sept. 24! These days, it seems like Jason is making headlines for less controversial reasons!
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, in 2012 the couple made headlines when they reportedly made out while Jason was still married to his ex-wife, Jessica Ussery. The former couple was married in 2001 and have two children together.
For Jason, making his new album, Old Boots, New Dirt, undoubtedly made for an cathartic outlet during the highs and lows in his personal life. Indeed, Jason says that the album allowed him to channel his energy in a positive way. At last, it seems like the father of two has put his scandalous past behind him! And based on his new music and engagement, it seems like Jason has officially hit a high note!
Did you love his new song?
