This is one of the most creative costumes ever! Lara Spencer debuted her Prince George costume, complete with a royal blue baby stroller, a golden crown, and some royal guards to keep her safe. Happy Halloween!
On the Oct. 31 episode of Good Morning America, co-anchor Lara Spencer, 45, upped her Halloween costume game when she arrived on the morning show set as Prince George. Lucky for her, it was one of the most original costumes that appeared on the show’s Halloween-themed episode!
Lara Spencer As Prince George On ‘Good Morning America’
How cool is this?
For Halloween 2014, all of the GMA anchors dressed up in different costumes: Robin Roberts was Queen Elsa, Amy Robach was Maleficent, and George Stephanopolous as George Clooney with his wife, Ali Wentworth, as Amal Alamuddin.
But Lara’s costume took the cake! The former Entertainment Tonight host sat inside a “baby stroller” with only her head showing, which was attached to what appears to be a baby doll’s body. She was Prince George!
Her costume was so creative, because it looked as if she built a cloth stroller over a wheelchair of some sort. Then, she was able to move the baby doll’s arms and legs which gave it a real — and super creepy — effect!
Not to mention, there was a gold “HRH” embroidered on the baby’s clothing, and Lara wore a golden crown on her head. All of the royal accessories were perfectly in place!
‘GMA’s Weekend Crew Went As One Direction
Adding to the Halloween fun, GMA invited their weekend staff onto the Friday, Oct. 31 show so that they could show off their costumes.
All five members of the crew dressed up as different members of One Direction — and they were totally spot on.
