Sandra Bullock to the rescue! While filming for her new film, ‘Our Brand Is Crisis,’ Sandra became a real life hero when she rushed over to help an extra who had passed out!
An extra from the new film, Our Brand Is Crisis, suffered from heat stoke on the movie’s set — good thing Sandra Bullock, 50, was there to step in and save the day! She helped to cool the extra off while they waited for the ambulance to arrive. Can you guess which actor was also on set but was not as helpful as Sandra?

Right after the extra passed out, Sandra rushed over and gave her water while fanning her in a shady place. The ambulance arrived shortly after and took the woman to a nearby hospital.
Bill Bob Thorton, 59, was also on set during the incident, however, he just stood back and watched as Sandra stepped in to help.
The movie calls for the extra’s to wear warm clothing while shooting under the hot New Orleans sun, which could be the reason for the incident.
‘Our Brand Is Crisis’ — About Sandra’s New Film
The film is based on the 2005 documentary, Our Brand Is Crisis, which focuses on the use of American political campaign strategies in South America.
Sandra plays the character of Jane Bodine, a retired American retired political consultant, while Billy Bob Thornton’s character runs the opposition’s campaign. David Gordon Green is directing the film, which is still in the filming stages of production.
