Mike Tyson: Sexually Abused As A Child — Star Reveals Painful Experience
“[The man] bullied me, sexually abused me and stuff … snatched me off the street. I was a little kid. Never seen him again,” Mike said, according to TMZ.
Mike claims he didn’t know the man, who allegedly abducted him and abused him 41 years ago. And he has never spoken with police about the incident.
When Mike was asked if he felt he was emotionally scarred by the incident, the former professional boxer told Opie he’s not sure.
Mike Tyson Curses Out TV Anchor For Bringing Up Rape Conviction
We’re surprised Mike is opening up about his painful past. On Sept. 10, he went off on a Canadian news anchor when asked about his 1992 rape conviction on live TV.
For the rape of Desiree Washington, the 18 year-old Miss Black Rhode Island, in an Indianapolis hotel room in 1991, Mike served three years in jail. Despite doing time, he has always maintained his innocence, which is why the former heavyweight champion got extremely upset when asked about the conviction.
Clearly, Mike’s not a fan of talking about his past, so we commend him for finding the courage to reveal such a painful memory.
