‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ Spoilers: Will The Sequel Feature A Civil War?

Thu, October 30, 2014 10:41am EDT by 2 Comments

More and more details about the highly-anticipated ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ continue to be revealed. Director Joss Whedon dished some hot spoilers about the movie’s possible plot, including a Civil War storyline!

Everyone’s pretty much just counting down the days until Avengers: Age of Ultron is released. Aside from an explosive trailer and clip, spoilers about the sequel have remained tight-lipped until now. Director Joss Whedon revealed dramatic new clues about the second movie, and we’re pretty worried about our Avengers.

‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ Spoilers

During an interview with Marvel’s web series The Watcher, Joss revealed all the filming locations for the sequel. He dished that they were “up in the Italian Alps, we were in Seoul, Korea, we were in Johannesburg, shot a little in Bangladesh and then all over England.”

Sounds like the Avengers are going to be everywhere in the next film. What could that mean?!

We know that Captain America: Civil War will feature that dark and dramatic storyline as Cap is forced to go against his former allies after the events of Ultron. However, could Avengers: Age of Ultron feature a battle between the Avengers before the Captain America follow-up film?

“This is a very global film,” Joss continued. “We wanted the world perspective on the Avengers. What they are doing. What they’ve been doing and who they are. They’re being the Avengers and that’s a global thing. It doesn’t make everybody love them, so we wanted to see both sides of that.”

‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’: Intense Trailer Reveals New Clues

The very first trailer for the 2015 film was recently released and it’s intense, to say the least. The Avengers are bravely battling James Spader’s Ultron, who is wreaking havoc all over the place.

The teaser finally gave us our first up close and personal look at Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen). The events that go down in the sequel look pretty brutal. Will everyone make it out alive? (*Eternally crossing fingers*)

Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters on May 1, 2015.

HollywoodLifers, what do you think will happen in Avengers: Age of Ultron? Do you think there will be a civil war? Who is your favorite Avenger? Let us know!
