Misty’s uncle confirmed to HollywoodLife.com that the body police had recovered on Oct. 16 was Misty’s. Her body was found near the White River in Washington, KIRO-TV reported. The actress had not been seen since Oct. 5. Her father, Charles Upham, believed his daughter to be suicidal after his final conversation with her.
“She told me and her mom that we didn’t have to worry about her any more,” Charles told THR. “I thought it sounded suicidal myself, so I called the police. She’s always been a suicidal person.”
Misty’s mother, Mona Upham, told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that she was “disappointed” with police for not doing more to help find Misty.
Before her body was found, Mona told us that “the only people looking for her are myself, my husband and son and daughter.”
This is truly devastating. Misty will clearly be missed.
Our thoughts remain with Misty’s family and friends during this difficult time.
