It will be a sad day when Teresa Giudice, 42, has to part with her four daughters for her 15 month sentencing. It was October 2 when Judge Salas punished Teresa for her involvement in bankruptcy, mail and wire fraud. In a new interview with US Weekly, Teresa admits that she actually doesn’t regret her mistakes!
Teresa Giudice’s Mistakes — Why She’s Not Regretting Fraud
“I feel guilty every day,” Tersa tells US. “I wish I could do everything differently. But then again, maybe not, because this is a life lesson that I need to learn and will teach my children for the rest of my life, just as Judge Salas told me she expected me to do.”
Unfortunately, her kids will have to learn the hard way. Gia, her oldest daughter is aware of the situation, however, the younger girls are still confused. “I don’t know what I am going to say yet,” she told Andy Cohen on WWHL. “I’m going to say, ‘Mommy is going somewhere.'”
Teresa Giudice On Prison Time: Why She’s ‘Grateful’ For Jail Sentencing
Teresa tells US that while she’s serving her time, “The bond between my children and their father, Joe, my honey, will grow stronger and stronger. And that is something I will be grateful for.”
She also reveled how she felt in court during WWHL. “I was so nervous that I was shaking, my nerves were pulling,” she said. “At one point I couldn’t move my hands, my nerves were shot. I’ve had sleepless nights. I was shocked, I mean it was very unexpected, I really don’t know what to say.”
