He’s finally back! On the Oct. 5, episode of Revenge, David Clarke (James Tupper) returns to the Hamptons for Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) while Emily (Emily VanCamp) is busy trying to finally come clean to Charlotte Grayson (Christa B. Allen) about their incredibly tangled relationship!
‘Revenge’ David Clarke Victoria Grayson Relationship — Reveals His True Love
There is never a dull moment in the Hamptons! Victoria wakes up in the back of a van after David took her after she escaped from the mental hospital. Victoria is not the only one who is having problems — Emily is in a panic trying to track Victoria down, but of course Nolan (Gabriel Mann), who is always the voice of reason just wants this incredibly tangled web to come to an end.
When David finally stops the car, Victoria once again shows that she can definitely take care of herself, the queen bee kicks him square in the face! Of course, the chemistry between these two is undeniable so we know that this hatred can only last for so long.
Meanwhile, things in Charlotte and Daniel Grayson’s (Joshua Bowman) lives are certainly not going well. Daniel’s money troubles continue while Charlotte finds out that her love interest, Gideon LeMarchal has been cheating on her and using her for her money. While Emily goes to find Charlotte to try to mend their relationship, she finds her on top of the roof of a hotel and looking to jump off the ledge.
Of course Emily runs up to the roof and tries to talk her own, but luckily Jack Porter (Nick Wechsler) and his super attractive police partner, Ben are there to save the day and save Charlotte from making a huge mistake.
Jack then takes her back to Emily’s old beach house where she says to her baby sister,”The doctor was right you should be with family right now.” Emily then comes clean and says that she is the one who kidnapped her last year and that she feels guilty. “I’m your sister Charlotte, I’m Amanda.”
David Clarke Reveals His Love For Victoria
Finally, David and Victoria have a real conversation. David assures Victoria that for her own safety and for Charlotte’s safety, the less she knows the better. David also believes that Amanda is dead after hearing about the tragic boat accident and thinks that Charlotte is the only one left who he needs to protect. Little does he know that he is cozying up to his daughters long-standing enemy!
Even though Emily has come clean to Charlotte, she is clearly not forgiven for all the harm that she has caused Charlotte and her family.
David takes Victoria to breakfast where she proves that she clearly doesn’t trust him by taking her steak knife and putting it in her lap before the waitress calls her out — awkward! David tries to gain her trust by admitting that he is the one who killed Conrad and saying, ” I would do anything for you Victoria, anything.” Looks like it worked!
Just when Nolan was comforting Emily over Charlotte and telling her that she needs to give her time to digest the bombshell that was just dropped on her, the phone rings. The sisters meet at Jacks bar where Emily gets a letter from her little sister. As she begins to read it, Charlotte comes up behind her and hits her over the head — so unexpected!
David then begins to drive with Victoria to go and finally meet Charlotte. On their drive, Victoria reveals that she was in a mental hospital and that she cannot entertain a future with David until Emily is stopped.
It looks like David and Victoria are not the only one’s who want to cause Emily harm. Charlotte’s blow to Emily’s head knocked her out. That’s not all. Charlotte has clearly lost it, she then set the room where Emily was laying down on fire and whispered in her ear, “Goodbye sis.”
