Bethenny Frankel Blasted For Wearing Daughter’s Pajamas
“This is my daughter’s nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we’re ready to start sharing clothes yet?” Bethenny captioned the image.
The photo went viral and the reality star was later criticized by fans.
“It was done as a joke,” Bethenny’s lawyer said in court on Thursday, according to NY Daily News. However, the judge was not amused.
“It’s not a joke. Her child is not a joke,” Ellen Gesmer said emphatically, indicating the photo will be on the internet for a long time, and Bryn will one day be able to read and see the posting herself.
Bethenny was not in the courtroom for the discussion.

Custody has already been decided. Bethenny and Jason will share responsibility for their daughter.
