She’s back! Fergie released her first solo single in six years, ‘L.A. Love (La La)’ on Sept. 29. The up-beat DJ Mustard produced track is the first song from the Black Eyed Peas singers upcoming untitled sophomore album.
Fergie‘s long awaited single is finally here! On Sept. 29, the 39-year-old singer released her new track, “L.A. Love (La La), a full eight years after her first album, “The Dutchess” debuted! Listen to her brand new single below!
Fergie ‘L.A. Love’ — Releases Brand New Song
Fergie was born and raised in California and is ready to show her state some love! The Black Eyed Peas singer announced on Twitter that her new single had dropped by posting a picture with DJ Mustard, who produced the hip-hop track and asking her loyal fans, “R u ready 4 this?
E! News reported that Fergie was hinting about dropping new music while she attended the iHeart Music Festival. “It’s exactly a month after my [1-year-old son Axl]’s birthday,” the singer said. “All these amazing things are happening. It’s good vibes. We’re sending L.A. love throughout the world. L.A. Love movement.”
Her new track is all about representing LA no matter where she goes. In the chorus she says, “Every city, every state, every country you know all around the globe. Every city, every state, every country you know this is how it go.”
The name of Fergie’s new album and release date have yet to be announced, but based off of this track it looks like we are in for another amazing album!
“The Dutchess” which was released in 2006 featured several amazing hits including, “Fergalicious,” “London Bridge,” “Clumsy” and “Big Girls Don’t Cry.”
