Mark Ballas and Sadie Robertson are clear frontrunners on ‘Dancing With The Stars’ so I was utterly shocked when they were placed in the bottom three! Click to find out if they’re safe!
Oh no! Not Team Quack Attack! Dancing With The Stars is always unpredictable, but I was surprised (and not in a good way) to see Mark Ballas and Sadie Robertson up for elimination this early in the season on Sept. 23. In my opinion, Mark and Sadie always deserve to be in the top three — not anywhere near the bottom!
‘DWTS’: Mark Ballas & Sadie Robertson Did Not Deserve To Be In The Bottom Three
Really, America? You’re really going to put Mark and Sadie in the bottom three?
After two weeks of fabulous dancing, I was shocked to see these two up for elimination. Thankfully, they are safe! And it better stay that way!
On the Sept. 23 elimination show, pro-dancer Mark and his partner Sadie were subjects of the first shocker of Season 19, ending up in the bottom three, alongside Michael Waltrip and Emma, in addition to Tavis Smiley and Sharna. I hate to admit it, but the two other couples deserved to be in the bottom, in comparison to the rest of the competition. They get a big ‘A’ for effort, but they just can’t hold their own, going up against partners who are as good as Sadie and Mark!
I am impressed by all of the celebrity dancers — dancing is hard work! — but can anyone really say that, say, Antonio Sabato Jr. was better than little Miss Sadie this week? He looks sexy, but he barely even danced!
Sadie has rhythm, stage presence and a great attitude, and Mark is one of my favorite pros on DWTS.
Mark Ballas & Sadie Robertson Are Safe — Phewf!
After freaking out for almost an entire episode of suspense, Sadie and Mark were finally pronounced safe (the first of the bottom three) and Tavis was sent home.
“It’s a competition. It’s a game. I totally understand,” Sadie said, before she was brought to safety, adding that being in the bottom crop was a bummer.
Mark didn’t specify which judge (ahem, Len!), but he did point out that someone on the judging panel clearly didn’t understand country with jazz, after their spunky performance. Of course, Len criticized the couple on the Sept. 22 performance show, while Carrie Ann Inaba and Julianne Hough praised them. Shocker: I did not agree with Len. (Maybe it’s a good thing Kevin Hart is standing in for him next week.)
I’m so happy that Mark and Sadie are still safe, and I think they deserve to go right up to the top three next week! Actually, I think they could win it all!
