Good thing Kendrick loves his own song — and his own self — enough for everybody, a fact that he made abundantly clear in his lyrics:
And I love myself
(The world is a ghetto with guns and picket signs)
I love myself
(But it can do what it want whenever it wants and I don’t mind)
I love myself
(He said I gotta get up, life is more than suicide)
I love myself
(One day at a time, sun gon’ shine)
At HollywoodLife.com, we’re pretty confident that Kendrick’s new track is destined to be a hit. Do YOU love it as much as he does, HollywoodLifers?
Kendrick is still “flirting with ideas” for the title of his new album, which has yet to be released.
“Like I said, once the decision making is done then boom,” he told Complex magazine. “That’s when everything else opens up.”
The self-described “rapper, writer, author” says he’s already recorded 40 new songs for his album, collaborating with producer Dr. Dre, 49.
So HollywoodLifers, what do YOU think of Kendrick’s new song? Are you excited for his new album? Let us know!
