So shocking! The pilot of the missing MH370 flight, Zaharie Ahmad Shah, allegedly killed himself, his crew, and his passengers by purposely switching off the oxygen supply, an aviation expert claims.
Ewan Wilson, the head of Kiwi Airlines, has made a disturbing accusation in his new book, Goodnight Malaysian 370: The Truth Behind The Loss Of Flight 370. He claims Zaharie Ahmad Shah, the pilot of the missing MH370 flight, deliberately locked his co-pilot out of the cockpit, switched off the oxygen supply in the cabin and shut down all communication links before turning the plane around and landing it on water, so the airline jet would sink in one piece with no debris.
MH370: Pilot Cut Off Oxygen Supply In Suicide Plot — New Flight Investigation
According to Ewan, Zaharie is responsible for the death of the 227 passengers and 12 crew members on board the doomed flight, which disappeared on March 8.
Apparently, there have been five other flights with suicide plots like this one in recent history.
“There is a fundamental desire to ignore the mental health issue in the aviation industry. Our research indicates there have been five previous incidents of murder/suicide in commercial flights over the last three decades or so, accounting for 422 lives. The sad addition of MH370 would bring that number to 661,” Ewan told Birmingham Mail.
Although oxygen masks would have dropped down automatically from above the seats, the passengers’ supply was limited to 20 minutes, Daily Mail reports. All of the plane’s passengers would have slipped into a coma and died shortly after from oxygen starvation.
The Kiwi Airlines chief says Zaharie, who he alleges was suffering from mental illness, survived long enough to execute his master plan, which included making eight different course changes and performing a controlled ditching in the sea, which would explain why no debris have been found. According to his theory, the plane landed and sank in one piece.
Ewan came to this shocking conclusion after considering “every conceivable alternative scenario,” however, he has not been able to provide any conclusive evidence to support his theory.
Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 Goes Missing — What Happened?
The plane went missing more than six months ago without a trace. There have been many attempts to find the downed aircraft, but not even the smallest piece of debris has turned up.
Eight countries, and countless man hours of searching off the western coast of Australia have only produced distraught and upset family members, left behind when the plane went down.
