Chris Brown On ‘Tonight Show’ With Jimmy Fallon: Sings ‘Loyal’ And ‘X’
Chris performed “X” and his summer hit, “Loyal” on the show and totally killed it! In true Breezy fashion not only did he bring the amazing vocals, but some seriously great moves!
During the title track off his new album Chris took a break and really broke it down with his fellow dancers. Then he performed “Loyal,” where he showed off his amazing range hitting some super high and low notes!
Chris wore red from top to bottom for his performance! The singer sported a backwards hat, sneakers, and red baggie pants paired with a matching hoodie, which really allowed him to move freely and show off his moves! He completed his outfit with a pair of sunglasses and a gold chain!
Breezy’s performance was a great way to end the show, he definitely didn’t disappoint!
Chris Brown’s ‘X’ Album Has Been A Long Time Coming
X is finally set to drop Sept. 16 after over a year of promotion. The first single, “Fine China,” was released all the way back in March 2013. After an initial release date of Aug. 20, 2013, the album was pushed to November and then to December.
Chris was sentenced to an anger management rehabilitation center in November, and with his subsequent prison sentence for violating his parole while in said rehab center, the album’s release suffered even more setbacks.
However, upon his release from jail on June 2, Chris has been hard at work on the album and has proved with a number of live performances since that he is ready to re-enter the music world in earnest. We can’t wait to hear the full album, and with five singles already released, we wonder if he’ll get right back into the studio to work on yet another album!
As a source previously revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, Chris is a bit nervous to promote the album since he knows he’ll be asked by journalists about the Suge Knight shooting. Indeed, as his rep disclosed, limits have not been set on journalists. However, considering that it had nothing to do with him, he needn’t worry too much.
HollywoodLifers, what did you think of Chris’ performance on Fallon? Are you glad that X is finally getting released? Let us know! (And stay tuned — we’ll pop up a video of his performance as soon as it’s available!)
