Season 16, named Glory Days, will put 20 famed athletes to the test to see how much weight they can lose to transform their lives for the better.
“They’ve made some amazing changes and transformations already that I think are very exciting to watch so I know this is going to be a great season,” Alison tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

‘The Biggest Loser’: What To Expect Without Jillian Michaels
Two new trainers — Jennifer Widerstrom and Jessie Pavelka (who happens to be the cousin of The Bachelor‘s Jake Pavelka) — join the cast, alongside trainers Dolvett Quince and Bob Harper who’s back!
“It’s just a different energy,” Alison explains of this season, following Jillian’s departure. “She’s so unique and special so I think it’s just going to be just different. And its really about the contestants anyway so I think that’s its selling point.”
She adds that the 20 cast members this round are some of the most inspiring the show has ever seen. “I love the contestants this season. They’re fantastic! It’s been really exciting to know them and be a part of their journey.”
Alison Sweeney Reveals Her Secret Weight Loss Tip
Alison has been hosting The Biggest Loser since 2007 so she’s a pro at healthy living, and we had to ask her about her secret weight loss tips — because she looks amazing!
“I would say that sleep is the biggest surprising tip!” Alison, who uses Sleep Number, told HollywoodLife.com. “Obviously nothing replaces eating right and working out, but sleep is such an importance part of the equation. And I think it is the most underestimated.”
