Prince William, 32, is gearing up to be a father-of-two now that his wife, Kate Middleton, 32, has been confirmed as pregnant with her second child. Prince William Beaming With Joy After Royal Baby #2 Announcement
Can you believe it? There’s a second Royal Baby on the way!
Just hours after the Clarence House tweeted out the exciting news that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were expecting for a second time, Prince William stepped out looking happier than ever. He’s obviously ecstatic about being a father for the second time!
On Sept. 8, Prince William arrived for an engagement, opening a new university building, in Oxford solo. Kate was originally scheduled to join him, but due to her acute morning sickness — the whole reason they were forced to announce her pregnancy — she was unable to attend.
“[Kate]’s feeling okay. It’s been a tricky few days — week or so — but obviously we’re basically thrilled, it’s great news, and early days. We’re hoping things settle down and she feels a bit better,” the Prince explained during his appearance. His concern for Kate is so sweet!
During his appearance, the Duke was approached by a sweet little girl who presented him with a bouquet of flowers and what appears to be a stuffed duck or goose. Maybe a toy for Prince George? Hmm!
According to the Daily Mail, children and onlookers at the event yelled their congratulations to Prince William upon his arrival. Too cute!
Kate’s Second Pregnancy: She’s Already Suffering from Acute Morning Sickness
It is no secret that Kate dealt with extreme morning sickness during her first pregnancy with Prince George, now 1. Unfortunately, it seems as if she is experiencing the same illness during her second pregnancy.
When it was announced that she is pregnant again, reports revealed that she is currently being treated for her morning sickness by medical professionals inside her home, Kensington Palace.
Other reports claim that Kate has yet to pass the safety net of her first trimester, which means she is still very early in her pregnancy — under 12 weeks, at least.
HollywoodLife.com would like to send our congratulations to Kate and William on their baby news! Hopefully Kate will be feeling better and back on her feet before she knows it.
