Celebrities are coming together for the fourth annual Stand Up To Cancer telethon.
Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sophia Vergara, Reese Witherspoon, Halle Berry, Jon Hamm, Ben Stiller, Danny McBride, Dane Cook and Pierce Brosnan are among the many stars standing up together on September 5.
Ariana Grande, The Who, Jennifer Hudson, Dave Matthews, Lupe Fiasco and Common are all set to perform.
In addition to the performances and appearances, celebrities will make inspiring speeches, delivering success stories of the SU2C-funded research.

Stand Up To Cancer will be broadcast on ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, American Forces Network, Bravo, Cooking Channel, Discovery Fit & Health, E!, Encore, Encore Espanol, EPIX, ESPNews, FOX Sports 2, FXM, HBO, HBO Latino, ION Television, Lifetime Movie Network, Logo TV, MLB Network, National Geographic Channel, Oxygen, Palladia, Pivot, SHOWTIME, Smithsonian Channel, Starz, TNT and VH1, airing on Sept. 5 (8/7c).
