Demi Lovato is all about embracing her curves and playing it healthy style — and it’s definitely working for her! On Aug. 29, the singer shared a super cute pic of her working out “Jane Fonda style” on Twitter and we had to know her workout secrets!
Demi Lovato’s Workout Revealed
It’s pretty clear these days that Demi is getting back on track with her A-game. She’s loving herself, loving her body, and she’s loving life! She recently opened up to Access Hollywood and reflected on her past, but more importantly focused on her positive state!
“The very first time that I ever went to the VMAS and I just looked so bony and fragile and unhappy,” she said. “And yes, I was at the VMAS and I was 16 and I was having an incredible time, but at the same time I was miserable. And I look back at that and I think you know what…I may have been thinner then, but I am so happy that I am healthy today and I have curves which are a lot sexier then what I was aiming for…Now, I think curves are beautiful and I feel great.”
