Kellie Pickler’s “100 Proof” is the best country album released in 2012 and is #1 on Rolling Stone’s Best Country Albums of 2012 and most other lists. And her “The Woman I Am” is the best country album released in 2013. Kellie is one of the very best artists and vocalists with at least the same level of talent, music and critical acclaim as artists getting nominated for multiple awards every year. Every or almost every year she deserves Female Vocalist, Album, Single, Song and Video nominations. Thanks mostly to country radio robbing all but 3 solo females, not playing Kellie’s great songs to #1 where they belong and her past 6 singles not even to top 20, she got no nominations again. Country radio loves to pretend that only 2 or 3 solo females with great music exist in country music and ignore the rest. :(
