Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts In Hospital: WWE Legend Unconscious
Jake was on his way to an event in Las Vegas on Aug. 27 when “he passed out on the airplane and has not been conscious since.
“An ambulance picked him up from the plane and transported the Hall of Famer to a nearby hospital,” WrestingRumors reports.
Sinn Bodhi, aka Kizarney, confirmed on Aug. 28 that Jake was in the hospital via Twitter:

Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts Was Diagnosed With Muscular Cancer In Feb. 2014
Hearing about the reported mass on his brain is so sad considering that Jake was diagnosed with muscular cancer below his knee in February of this year, and as recently as July he announced that he was totally cancer-free.
Jake suffered through some drug issues in his past which culminated in a WWE-sponsored rehab stint in 2004, but by all accounts he was doing much better.
Having entered the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2014, it’s clear that Jake is in no way finished with his prolific career with the WWE, and we wish him the very best and hope that he is able to make a full recovery.
Our thoughts go out to Jake (born Aurelian Smith, Jr.) and his family during this difficult time.
