Seth Meyers’ Ice Bucket Challenge: Host Gets Doused Immediately After Emmys — Watch Video
Is Seth Meyers the most unruffled person alive? Not only was that hella fancy, but he did not react whatsoever to a bucket full of ice water being dumped on his head.
Also worth noting is that he had two people helping him out of his tuxedo suit jacket. You know you’ve made it in Hollywood when people are professionally undressing you.
Seth accepted the challenge from Jessica Biel and his cousin, Ben Olson, and he nominated Vladimir Putin. Fun fact: Vin Diesel also nominated the Russian President whom Sarah Palin can see from her house.
Your move, Vladimir — it looks like the USA is winning this round!
Seth Meyers Was A Fantastic Emmys Host (Despite A Few Lowlights Outside Of His Control)
Seth did a fantastic job hosting an Emmys telecast that was more highlights than lowlights (looking at you, Bryan Cranston and Weird Al Yancovic, respectively), and which saw HBO sweeping the awards with an incredible 19 Emmys for True Detective, Game Of Thrones, Veep, and more.
The lens afforded to ALS thanks to celebrity challenges has raised a staggering $88.5 million! Be a joiner and give back over at ALSA.org.
