‘Switched At Birth’ Finale: Graduation Day

Graduation day is always exciting and nerve wracking, but as the Kennish and the Vasquez family celebrate, shocking news hits Carlton, and Daphne’s (Katie Leclerc) past comes back to haunt her.

In a sweet moment of reflection, Daphne and Bay have a heart-to-heart, looking back on their past and how far they’ve come, since the switch three years ago.

However, the future isn’t looking so bright for Bay, in the eyes of John (D.W. Moffett) and Kathryn (Lea Thompson), who are not pleased when they learn about her plans for after graduation.

Will Bay & Emmett Stay Together?

Bay’s post-high school plans, of course, bring Emmett into the picture — will they stay together?

In this exclusive clip (watch above), debuted by, Bay is stressing out over the cost of living in Los Angeles where USC is located.

Turns out, Emmett is freaking out over something else — their future together.

“We’re gonna make this work,” Bay tells Emmett. “We just need to figure it out. That’s all. You and I are going to be together.

The Switched At Birth summer finale airs on August 18 (8/7c) on ABC Family.
