Future & Ciara Break Up — Engagement Called Off
“He cheated on her. Game over,” a source told Us Weekly of the rapper.
“She’s devastated. Ciara’s focus now is the baby,” another source said.

Future and Ciara dated for more than a year before they got engaged on the singer’s birthday in October 2013. He surprised her with a 15-carat diamond ring while they were celebrating in New York City. She gave birth to their son seven months later in Los Angeles on May 19.

So how did they meet?
“Our label put us together,” Ciara told Brides magazine in July. “I went into the studio strictly to work, but he was very calm and sweet, a gentleman… I knew right away that he was different. Now he’s my best friend in the world, my partner.”
Unfortunately, he’s now just her ex.
These allegations are quite sad to hear. Especially because Future released “I Won,” a romantic hip-hop ode to Ciara, in April. The song, which also features Kanye West is all about how Future wanted a “trophy wife” and finally found one in the mother of his baby.
There’s clearly a lot of love between these two. Perhaps they can work our their issues and reconcile.
