Christy Mack Thanks Her Supporters After Attack

“I would like to thank everyone for the support and kind thoughts over the past few days. I will never be able to express my gratitude,” Christy tweeted.

After Christy was attacked, she was left with an extensive list of injuries, including 18 broken bones in her face, a fractured rib, and a ruptured liver. She claims her ex-boyfriend, MMA fighter Jon Koppenhaver (aka War Machine), 32, is at fault. He, however, has denied viciously attacking Christy, whom he allegedly planned to propose to, in a series of tweets posted on Aug. 10.

Regardless of who’s at fault, it’s going to take a while for Christy to recover from this brutal attack. Thankfully, her colleagues have started a fundraiser to raise money for her reconstructive surgeries, TMZ reports.

Kendall Karson, who is also an adult film star, launched a crowd-funding campaign.  So far, she has raised over $40K of the $100K goal.

In addition to Kendall, Kendra Lust, Ava Addams and Tasha Reign have donated money. Dave Navarro and Jenna Jameson have also given their support.

Christy has also thanked Dr. Toscano, who has offered to fix her teeth — and yes, he’s doing it for free, his rep confirmed to HollywoodLife.com.

It’s nice to hear that Christy has so many people in her corner. She’s certainly going to need it as she recovers.

Sadly, War Machine joked about killing Christy during an interview from July 2013.
