‘Bachelor’ winner Nikki Ferrell has once again lashed out at ABC, this time calling spin-off ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ a ‘trainwreck’.
Bachelor In Paradise premiered on August 4, and Nikki Ferrell, 27, had a few choice words for the Bachelor spin-off, as she is wont to do. She previously called The Bachelorette “trash,” conveniently forgetting that she is currently enjoying the fruits of ABC’s labors in her ongoing relationship with Juan Pablo Galavis, 33.
Nikki Ferrell Disses ‘Bachelor In Paradise’: Calls Spin-Off A ‘Trainwreck’
Here’s what Nikki had to say on August 4, prior to the episode of Bachelor In Paradise airing (never judge a relationship free-for-all by its sexy, beach-frolicking cover, Nikki):
Everyone keeps asking if I’m gonna watch Bachelor In Paradise. To be honest I’d rather stab pencils in my eyeballs. #trainwreck

Is she wrong about Paradise being a train wreck? Well, no, of course not.
However, she is dearly missing the point. Nobody is tuning in to ABC’s newest matchmaking social experiment because they’re expecting high art or for real, genuine romance to bloom. They’re tuning in specifically because it is an entertaining disaster.
‘Bachelor In Paradise’: Is It A ‘Trainwreck’? Is That Why You Watch?
Furthermore, when is Nikki going to acknowledge that the 132 thousand followers on her verified Twitter account came to her not because of her witticisms, but because of a show that matched her with her current (despite rumors of a split) boyfriend?
We could understand her hating on the franchise and on ABC if she had a miserable experience and came away single, but her attitude is fairly hypocritical given the circumstances.
But, hey, haters are gonna hate.
More importantly, did you watch Bachelor In Paradise, HollywoodLifers? Do you agree that it’s a “trainwreck”? Is that the reason you watch it? Let us know!
