The Royal Recycler looks great in royal blue, so it’s no wonder that the Duchess of Cambridge recycled this look! Was this dress worth a second go-around? Vote below.
Kate Middleton, 32, is never afraid to wear an outfit for a second (or even third) time, and she shouldn’t be! The Duchess paid a visit to the Tower of London’s “Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red” poppy field in honor of the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of World War I on August 5. She arrived with her husband, Prince William, looking gorgeous in a dress she wore on Valentines Day!
Kate Middleton Recycles Blue LK Bennett Dress
We’ve totally seen this look before, but who cares? Kate first wore her blue LK Bennett dress in February for a charity event, and this outfit was totally worth an encore. She basically replicated the exact look from the dress’ debut by repeating her staple pendant necklace and pairing it with her black LK Bennett court shoes.
Even though it always feels like a fashion show when Kate steps out, she was tending to her royal duties in honor of the lives lost in WW1. She was even seen wiping tears from her eyes!
She looked radiant and stood out in the field of red poppies in her contrasting royal blue — this is definitely Kate’s color. Her blue Stella McCartney dress was such a hit that she wore it three times! We all know that Kate repeats her looks quite often, but we think its great that she’s practical! She is even praised by icons like Christian Louboutin for her fabulous yet realistic style.
Do you think this look was encore worthy, HollywoodLifers?
