Being brokenhearted is one thing, but being blunt is a whole other ball park. On ‘The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose’ on July 28, Nick finally confronted Andi to get some answers. However, instead of being an adult and discussing things maturely, he revealed details of their sex life on live TV.
When Chris Harrison told the world that Nick Viall, 33, had been trying to see Andi Dorfman, 27, repeatedly after he was sent home from The Bachelorette, I expected him to beg for a second chance on After the Final Rose. However, that was not the case . . . at all.
Andi Dorfman & Nick Viall’s Sex Life Revealed
Just to catch you up, when Andi came face to face with Nick, he didn’t poor his heart out, but started out by being completely tongue-tied. Andi was straight forward with him, telling him that it wasn’t that she didn’t care for him, but she had a “greater love” for Josh. It definitely hurt to hear, and I felt bad for Nick — that’s never easy. She followed it up by telling him that he deserved someone who felt 100 percent what he did.
“The hard part is…feeling like you did,” he said to Andi, before shocking the world with his next statement. “If you knew how in love with you I was, why did you make love with me?”
Ouch! I get that he has a point — she shouldn’t have treated him like she was in love with him if she wasn’t. He said that “that night, that was like fiancée type of stuff.” So no, she shouldn’t have been intimately involved with him if she wasn’t in love with him.
However, that’s something to discuss privately! Sex is not supposed to be a public thing. If it was, she would have done it before the fantasy suite dates and talked about it to the cameras.
Andi & Nick Hooking Up: Not Surprising, But Still Inappropriate
As someone who has watched season after season of The Bachelor and Bachelorette, it’s not surprising that they hooked up — they probably all do. However, for him to call her out on it on live TV? Sure, it makes for entertaining programming, but that’s extremely personal and as she said, it was a low blow.
Nick, who clearly cares a lot about her to try and see her in Mexico and then go to Men Tell All, should have had more respect for her. He could have written that in the letter he gave her or asked her afterward. It kind of seemed like he waited for the cameras for that — not really the way you do it if you actually love her the way you say, Nick.
Alright enough of my opinion — tell me if you agree! What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Do you think that Nick was out line? Or do you think Andi deserved it? Let me know!
