‘Running Wild With Bear Grylls’ Clip: Zac Efron Goes Skydiving – Watch

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s Zac Efron! The hunk joins Bear Grylls on an adventure of a lifetime when he spends 48 hours in the Catskill Mountains and makes a dangerous leap of faith! The show premieres on July 28 and you’ve got to WATCH the preview clip!

What happens when a celebrity joins adventurer Bear Grylls, 40, in the wilderness for 48 hours? The result is Running Wild with Bear Grylls. On the July 28 series premiere, Zac Efron, 26, joins Bear in the Catskill Mountains and they go skydiving out of a helicopter! Click to WATCH the clip!

Zac Efron Free Falls On ‘Running With with Bear Grylls’

In the clip, Bear and Zac take a ride in a helicopter in the Catskill Mountains in New York. Bear has a few major points to go over before they make the big jump. First, know how to ParaShoot and remember to pull the rip cord.

Zac stands on the edge and hesitates before jumping. Bear jumps out of the helicopter a few seconds later. 

As Zac ascends to the ground, viewers are able to see what Zac sees. He wears a camera that is strapped to his jumpsuit. We have to  admit, it is pretty cool!

In the hour-long series, Bear takes six celebrities into some of the wildest and remote locations in the U.S. and across the world for 48 hours. Ben Stiller, 48, Channing Tatum, 34, Deion Sanders, 46, Tom Arnold, 55, and Tamron Hall, 45, will all join Bear this season.

Running Wild with Bear Grylls premieres on July 28 on NBC (8/7c).
