Phaedra Parks has been handling herself well considering recent events with her husband, Apollo Nida. A source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Phaedra is ‘holding her head high’ as she continues being a wife and mother, despite reports stating otherwise.
Phaedra Parks, 43, is the perfect example of someone who has picked themselves up and dusted themselves off after being knocked down by a difficult experience. Since her husband, Apollo Nida, 35, has been charged with bank theft and identity fraud, Phaedra has stood by her man resiliently. Now, a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY how Phaedra is coping, how her children are doing, and what her plans are as far as staying with Apollo or kicking him to the curb.
Phaedra Parks Is ‘Holding Her Head High’
The past couple of months have been tough for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra, however, she how somehow found the strength to keep on keepin’ on.
While many reports have speculated that Phaedra is ready to drop Apollo like a bad habit, HollywoodLife.com can confirm that that is the last thing she is thinking about right now.
“While most people in her position would be in shambles, Phaedra is holding her head up high and moving forward in her life and keeping her boys loved and occupied,” a source told us EXCLUSIVELY.
Before Apollo serves his jail sentence, Phaedra is taking care of what needs to get done while she continues her duties as mother and wife “to the best of her ability.”
However, there is no word on what is going to happen once Apollo is taken into custody. He faces up to 8 years in prison, which will feel like an entire lifetime to his two young children.
Apollo Will Spend A Decade In Prison
On January 24, Apollo was charged with bank fraud and identity theft for allegedly creating fake companies, which gave him access to databases to find individuals to rip off. In addition, He allegedly opened bank accounts in those individuals’ names, funneling stolen U.S. Treasury checks and auto loan proceeds into the accounts.
Sadly, Apollo received an 8-year prison sentence on July 8 — one that is mandatory for him to serve. He has not been taken into custody just yet, but it’s obviously going to happen very soon.
Stay strong, Phaedra! Our thoughts are with you and your family at this time.
