On July 8, Apollo Nida, husband of Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks, was sentenced to eight years in prison for credit card fraud and identity theft. Considering the never ending drama on the RHOA set, you’d think that some of the ladies would use this opportunity to take their shots, but you’d be wrong. Acknowledging the elephant in the room, WWHL host Andy Cohen just had to ask NeNe her thoughts on Apollo’s sentencing. “I feel bad,” NeNe revealed. “You know, I know he committed a crime, and I know all that, but I feel bad because I really like Apollo.”
Andy also asked NeNe whether she has reached out to Phaedra; she admitted that she hasn’t, but then clarified that she hasn’t talked to her about that.

“That’s kind of uncomfortable. I don’t know how to like… ‘Hey, Phaedra, so, Apollo got… how many years, girl?’ Like, that’s so not a conversation. So we didn’t talk about that. I feel bad for her,” NeNe said.
Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis was also on set, and just had to throw a little shade Apollo’s way. “My credit card was stolen recently,” he told NeNe. “I was wondering if you could ask Apollo for it back?” Kind of a petty joke, but, well, if the prison regulation slip-on shoe fits…
