Tracy Morgan, 45, was photographed for the first time on July 12 since he was involved in a serious car accident on June 20 on the New Jersey Turnpike. He left Robert Wood Johnson Hospital on June 6 and headed to a rehab center — and now he’s headed home. Click to see the pic!

In the picture, posted by TMZ, Tracy was in a wheelchair with a bandage wrapped around his left leg. Tracy wore a white t-shirt and black shorts. He sported a gold chain and khaki hat.
“Tracy has been released from the rehabilitation center and will continue his recovery efforts at home with an aggressive outpatient program,” the actor’s rep said in a statement to E! News. “He asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point. He would also appreciate some privacy during this crucial point in his recovery.”
Tracy Morgan Sues Wal-Mart
On July 10, Tracy filled a lawsuit against Wal-Mart and named Ardley Fuqua, Jeffrey Millea and Krista Millea as plaintiffs.
According to the lawsuit obtained by E! News, Wal-Mart was “careless and negligent in the ownership and operation of its motor vehicle, which caused Mr. Morgan to suffer severe personal injuries.”
A Wal-Mart representative released a statement to E! News on July 12 that wished all those involved in the accident full recoveries. We’re so happy to see that Tracy is heading home and doing better, as we wish him all the best from HollywoodLife.com.
