It’s been one year since the heartbreaking tragedy of Cory Monteith’s death. His death has been tough on the entire ‘Glee’ cast, but his love and co-star Lea Michele took the time to pay tribute to Cory in the most loving way possible on Twitter on July 13.

The past year hasn’t been easy for for Lea Michele, 27. The Glee star has coped with the devastating July 13 death of her boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith. On the one year anniversary, the actress/singer tweeted a loving and heartbreaking message about her love.
