Um, say what? Kim Kardashian has some pretty shocking advice for pregnant women — she thinks they should all stay indoors for a year. Eek.
Kim Kardashian, 33, has said some pretty silly things in the past, but this might take the controversial cake. The first-time mom was recently asked to give fashion advice to pregnant women, and the only thing she had to offer was that they should just “never” leave the house. That’s not very nice, Kim!
Kim Kardashian Thinks Pregnant Women Should Never Leave The House
Well, this is awkward.
On Monday, July 7, Kim and her sisters — Kourtney and Khloe — attended a baby shower for military moms whose husbands had been deployed. At the event, she was asked by Elle magazine to give some fashion advice to expectant moms.
Her answer? Well, to be honest, it was pretty rude.
“I recommend hiding for a good year and having no pregnancy style. That’s what I recommend. If you can do it, hide. Never leave the house,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said.
When Khloe told Kim that her advice was “not practical” for anyone, North West‘s mom did not budge.
“That’s really my recommendation. Wear a huge blanket.”
That’s not cool, Kim. Pregnant women are beautiful! Their bodies may be expanding, but that is because they are creating a human life. It is one of the few miracles this world has left, and very few things make a woman as beautiful as her pregnancy glow.
Kourtney Has Better Advice For Pregnant Women
Thankfully, Kim’s older sister Kourtney offered some better fashion tips for expectant moms. As previously reported, Kourtney is currently pregnant with her third child, so her opinion is pretty relevant!
“I’m not really into maternity clothes. This is the Kardashian Kollection, and it’s just a size bigger than I would normally get,” Kourtney revealed, referring to the outfit she was wearing for the event.
Wow, Kourtney sure is lucky! Her bump has already started to show, and she doesn’t even need maternity clothes. Impressive!
