‘Witches of East End’ cast a spell on audiences during the first season, and the witches are returning with even sexier, and darker episodes for Season 2!
Witches, magic and a love triangle — sounds like Witches of East End is back! The drama between Freya (Jenna Dewan-Tatum) and brothers Killian (Daniel DiTomasso) and Dash (Eric Winter) is amplified this season and Jenna spilled all about her tangled love triangle in a brand new interview. Keep reading for sexy scoop!
‘Witches Of East End’ Love Triangle: Freya’s ‘Heartbroken’
The first season of Witches of East End ended with Freya cutting off her marriage to Dash, and choosing Killian over his brother when she found out that he was her true soulmate. In a fit of jealous rage, Dash sent his brother out to sea with his powers, in efforts to keep him away from Freya.
In a revealing new interview, Jenna sat down with the SAG Foundation to talk about Witches of East End.
Did Dash’s plan to keep Freya all to himself work out?
Well, Jenna admitted that as the second season begins, Freya doesn’t “know where [Killian] is” but she uses her magic to connect with him and finds out that something is wrong — she’s just not sure what specifically.
“He’s not answering me, I’ve said ‘I’m in love with you, you’re my soulmate,’ but I’m hearing nothing so I’m pretty heartbroken,” Jenna reveals. “And then you know, there’s a sense of we’re witches so of course our intuition and our sixth senses are really, really strong so I feel like something’s off, something’s not right.”
Channing: Doesn’t Like Jenna’s Sex Scenes With Other Men
Jenna’s real-life love is not nearly as dramatic as her Freya’s — seriously, how cute are Jenna and husband Channing Tatum together?!
Jenna admitted that Channing isn’t that thrilled about Jenna’s sex scenes with other men on-screen, in an E! News appearance on June 23.
“It’d be weird if he was like, ‘Ah, I’m cool with it, do whatever,’ you know?” joked Jenna. “It’s never fun [shooting love scenes], but you just get really used to it, it’s weird.”
She went on to say that Channing and her male co-stars are pretty good friends, which makes things more awkward for her — we can imagine!
