Sorry for the repost but seriously the crap he did in the last 2 years doesn’t count? I guess throwing chairs in an interview, throwing chairs out of the widow at a radio station (from a few stories up), getting into fights, destroying hotel proper, having no respect for city bylaws, faking charity hours, drugs use, smashing his mom’s car in while at rehab, propositioning rehab workers to sleep with him, attacking older fans, and so on don’t count huh (all happened long after Rhianna)? And back to that Rhianna beating, he still never truly shown any sign of remorse on, unless you consider being humbled and forgiving himself and personally move on from the incident an apology.

Chris Brown is the perfect example! The perfect role model! He shows young people that you can fall down but that does not mean you have to stay down! Bev you need Jesus! (Drops mic and walks away).

He isn’t a role model at all Punching someone in the face isn’t and I like him but if he was a dole model he wouldn’t of been in jail and in court so many times .

Disgusted you are very corrected. The things we should be ashamed of, we are glorying in. CB should lie low and work out his issues low key. He is not a role model and should not be praised in this manner. How have we reached this point of rewarding bad behaviour. What can we teach our kids. CB is not a good example at all to our youths. He is quick tempered, not trust worthy and most of all he is still the old CB. Of course, I do believe in getting chances, but only when there is genuineness and true humility. Yes he is probably sorry, but it may not necessarily be for his actions towards others namely the guy who got his nose broken or for the way he deceived rihanna after she forgave him because if he was a changed man, he would not have done these things again.

Oh so the crap he did in the last 2 years was when he was 17? I guess throwing chairs in an interview, throwing chairs out of the widow at a radio station (from a few stories up), getting into fights, destroying hotel proper, having no respect for city bylaws, faking charity hours, drugs use, smashing his mom’s car in while at rehab, propositioning rehab workers to sleep with him, attacking older fans, and so on don’t count huh?

There was a stabbing a the preshow party and a shooting at the BET awards after party. I wouldn’t exactly call that a night of fun.

There was a time breaking the law and loud, obnoxious behaviors were frowned upon. The music industry has outdone itself with honoring citizens who should be hiding their faces with humility What a sad state the USA is in with our value system or lack there of especially in the world of so called entertainment. No wonder the rest of the world has lost respect for us. WE are a degenerate culture, sad that people sacrificed their lives for the crap that is now portraying us and only appeals to immature audiences and other degenerates. I’m out.
