This is our dream come true! Surprising everyone, Chris Brown showed up to the BET Awards on June 29 and performed his latest hit ‘Loyal!’ What a knockout performance!
Chris Brown, you almost had us fooled. The 25-year-old made jaws drop when he attended the BET Awards on June 29 and surprised the audience with a performance of his hit song “Loyal!” Chris is back and he’s better than ever!
Chris Brown Performs ‘Loyal’ At BET Awards
Yes, it’s true. Chris Brown is still a marvel on stage. Although he hadn’t performed in months, Chris proved he’s still got the goods. The “Loyal” singer surprised everyone and performed his hit at the BET Awards on June 29.
Lil Wayne started off “Loyal” and set the tempo off right. And then we saw Chris in the background. Chris began to dance and he looked so hot in a long plaid shirt and jeans. “Loyal,” with the help of Lil Wayne and Tyga, was the perfect song for Chris to perform. The performance allowed Chris to show just how good of a dancer he is. (Seriously, Chris is a dance god.)
Suddenly, many of the performers cleared the stage to where it was just Chris. Then, Travis Barker hit up the drums and there was an epic period of just Chris dancing. This is everything we could have ever asked for! Chris finished “Loyal” strong and he disappeared below the stage.
Chris gave such an incredible performance. He was just so, so good.
And then, Chris shocked everyone AGAIN by taking to the stage with August Alsina and Trey Songz to perform their song “I Luv This S***!” What a great night for Chris!
While stories were being passed around that Chris would not attend the BET Awards, it was all a ruse just to add to the shock factor of his performance. And it totally worked! Everyone was stunned by the performance, but that would have happened whether or not we knew he was performing or not.
Breezy is so back! We love Chris’ confidence on stage and can’t wait to hear more of his new music. Now excuse us while we go replay “New Flame” a thousand times.
HollywoodLifers, what did you think of Chris’ surprise performance? Does he still perform like a pro? Do you like “New Flame?” Let us know!
