a quote from the Dionne sisters “That same year, when Bobbi McCaughey gave birth to the world’s first surviving septuplets, the sisters wrote her an open letter published in Time magazine. “We hope your children receive more respect than we did,” they wrote. “Multiple births should not be confused with entertainment, nor should they be an opportunity to sell products.” Yvonne died in 2001, leaving Cecile and Annette as the two surviving sisters.”

I’m sure some of this book will be true, some of it will be fabricated, and none of it will be worth anyone’s reading time or money.

While Kate as well as Jon May have some growing up to do, the author of this book is a former tabloid reporter! He also has a PAYPAL button on his website to accept donations!?? Also, whatever Kate did in high school is her business.

I am not trusting a tabloid journalist for accuracy! He actually has a PAYPAL button on his website to accept donations!

He has a Paypal because some offered to help with his legal bills after Kate filed a lawsuit against him. She later dropped that suit because she didn’t want to go through the discovery phase. At that point the would have had to either perjure herself or tell the truth, the truth being what is in the book.

A lot of this book is from Kate’s journal which she copyrighted as her “Mommy Journal”. There’s no more excuses for her, she’s a child abuser and still to this day has not stopped hurting those poor children. I won’t even go into how badly she treated the dogs, basically let them play in traffic, as well as other things. Horrific.

TLC and anyone else that witnessed the abuse of the kids, dogs, etc., and anyone else that continues to excuse her behavior are just as bad as her. Disgusting.

Hope the book falls straight on its face. Nothing wrong with punishing kid for bad behavior as long as its not over punishment. I dont beilieve anything in this. This Didnt even mention when kate relised a book john tried to take all the money. Wonder how much johns paying for this to be published. It doesnt say anything about him, maybe she fired the nanny bc he was sleeping w her. Which is the truth. Read in to it good before you judge. Also if she was really so money hungery why did she settle with john? He was/is basically a no body.

The book has sold more copies than Kate’s fake cookbook sold in one month.

Kate copyrighted HER Mommy Journals and canceled her lawsuit against Robert. If she went any further she would have to commit perjury and all the previously signed confidentiality agreements would have been nullified as all the former nannies, helpers, babysitters would be subpoenaed. She has never said the accusations are lies. NEVER.Obviously you didn’t watch much of the show.

Kate does come off as a cold parent but you know we don’t know what’s she really like .How many people do stuff and we know they are not right and yet nobody is putting it in a book for the world to see because they don’t have fame.Eventually the kids will tell the truth as they get older and are on their own.Kate is like most parent’s in the spotlight everything she says and does will be magnified 100 times and and she will be ripped apart for things most people do.The same thing happened to Britney when she had her sons and the press always tried to find some unflattering thing she did to her kids, like when the baby almost fell out of her arms while she held him.

All of this has been said for years and none of it has been contested. TLC’s firm confidentiality agreements and non-disclosure contracts have effectively muzzled anyone who sought protection for those kids. TLC is complicit in the abuse of those kids and i haven’t watched that channel since i started to read about the abuse they willingly overlooked for profit.

According to court documents, KATE NEVER ONCE SAID WHAT WAS IN THE FIRST BOOK IS LIES. I have the documents AND a more detailed review on my site. I don’t get it. Paula Dean almost looses everything for admitting to using the “N” word 30 years ago — Kate Gosselin scams churches and is rewarded?

I actually bought the book and am in the process of reading. Although I really didn’t need a book to convince me what Kate is truly like, it just re-enforces my thoughts about her. I had Kate pegged as a fraud and a phony way back before this book was even a thought in the author’s mind. I’m just glad that finally it seems that the teflon is starting to peel away from Kate. I am convinced that the reason she dropped her lawsuit to stop this book from being published was because her attorney’s and TLC’s advised her that all those non-disclosure agreements that she made everyone who came in contact with her sign would be worthless in a court setting.

I read the book and yes I believe the author. He has documentation, receipts, photos, and has interviewed family, friends, nannies. The kids do live in a “house of horrors”. The book is a fairly quick read, although sad, with details about Kate, her demands of & manipulating TLC, abuse of the kids and dogs.
