On June 25, Brad Pitt officially returned thanks to the first trailer for his upcoming film Fury. The film, set in Nazi Germany, will premiere in theaters on Nov. 14, and also stars other well-known actors like Logan Lerman, Shia LaBeouf, and The Walking Dead‘s Jon Bernthal.
Brad Pitt Stars In ‘Fury’
“If you think it can’t get worse it can and it will,” Brad says in the trailer’s haunting opening scene.
The year is 1945. As the end of World War II approaches, an army sergeant named Wardaddy — played by Brad — commands a five-man crew on a mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds as they attempt to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
The film was written and directed by David Ayer, who directed Sabotage and End of Watch.
Fury also stars a lineup of young heavy-hitters — Shia LaBeouf (Nymphomaniac), Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead), Logan Lerman (The Perks of Being a Wallflower) and Michael Peña (End of Watch) all appear in the movie as members of Brad’s crew.
We cannot wait to see the film when it comes out in theaters! And did we forget to mention how good Brad looks?
