Welcome to Miami! A new group of real estate agents is taking over a brand new city on June 25, and the heat is on. ‘Million Dollar Listing Miami’ brings on the first-ever female agent. Click to WATCH an exclusive sneak peek!

If you thought New York and Los Angeles were cutthroat, brace yourself for Miami. Bravo’s latest installment of the hit real estate franchise is Million Dollar Listing Miami – new agents, new drama and a new lady! Keep reading to meet Samantha DeBianchi!

‘Million Dollar Listing’: Welcome To Miami

Million Dollar Listing Miami follows three of the city’s top real estate agents, Chad CarrollChris Leavitt and Samantha, as they attempt to take the Miami real estate scene by storm.

Why Miami? The city has a little bit of everything: beautiful weather, beautiful people, beaches and a wild late-night scene (“You’ve gotta see the nightlife,” says Samantha. “We’re in Miami”). But what really separates Miami from the New York and L.A. series is the simple fact that the real estate market is taking off.

“New York is kind of a little bit dark and L.A. is L.A., but the Miami real estate market is booming,” Samantha tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “I think the show is really going to do a good job of showing why people actually buy in Miami.”

Viewers of the Million Dollar Listing series know that the show not only is known for luxury homes, but also a heavy dose of drama between costars. Miami is no exception. Despite its amazing weather, a tropical wave of competition is bound to flood in.

“I think being that we’re all competitors in our own way, you know, we’re going to have some drama,” Samantha said. “We’re not going to agree on everything…so there definitely will be that level of drama. There’s gotta be a winner and a loser.”

We love Samantha’s competitive spirit. You go, girl!

Meet Samantha: The First ‘Million Dollar Listing’ Lady!

Million Dollar Listing Miami marks a milestone for the franchise — Samantha is the first female real estate agent to ever be featured on the show!

Samantha can certainly hold her own with the men. She owns her own company!

“I think being female is a whole different ballgame because it’s tough to be strong, Samantha told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “When you’re a strong female, you’re portrayed differently than when you’re a strong male. I think you can really see that struggle as well and how to balance all of that.”

The series premiere of Million Dollar Listing Miami will premiere on Wednesday, June 25 (9/8c) on Bravo.

HollywoodLifers, will you tune into the premiere of Million Dollar Listing Miami? Are you excited that a lady will finally be on the show? Let us know!

Samantha is NOT the first female to be featured in the franchise. I have watched MDL since it premiered with MDLLA. There was a woman on there that was an agent, but she didn’t come back after the first season. Know your facts and do your research before you post stories.
