That is just one good reason that My partner and i never have overtly. Start have persons point out which is not the way of thinking on most criminals. That they consider nearly all criminals would likely just abandon since nearly all criminals never wish to commit hard.

What no one is talking about is the photographer that took that picture. Say what you will, but on a technical level, that is one of the best looking mugshots I’ve ever seen. It looks like a Calvin Klein ad. At first I thought there is no way this was an accident because the lighting & shot composition looked too good. Then I saw pictures of the other prisoners and those shots looked good too. The only difference is that he was the most photogenic of the bunch. I think one of the sistas, in another thread, showed other pictures from dude and they were undramatic and not nearly as good. I think this is one of those freak accident things meant to happen or a perfect storm situation.

The layperson is concentrating on whether or not he is good looking or not. Haven’t you all seen America’s Top Model? Very rarely does it have anything to do with how good the person looks and more so to do with how photogenic they are. His type of bone structure, high cheek bones and flat features tends to yield higher quality pictures under proper lighting conditions. In fact, those pictures of the other prisoners were probably the best shots they’ve ever taken in their life as well. LOL.

One thing I do know, the person who took that picture is probably an amateur photographer on the side. So, I have yet another Negrodamus prediction…the photographer is going to get their 15 minutes of fame in about 5, 4, 3, 2, 1…

Seriously! What part of convicted felon do you not understand? Maybe if mom had a spine and disciplined him well maybe he would be on a photo shoot instead of being suspected of wanting to shoot people. Let him sit in jail for a minute so he can reflect on what he’s done. He’s probably gotten away with far more in the past because of his looks. And the tear drop near his eye doesn’t give you a clue, really!!!

You sound ignorant. First of all, just because someone is a convicted felon does not automatically equate to them being a bad person. It means somewhere along the journey of their life, they have made bad choices. The difference between a convicted felon and someone who has never been in legal trouble is that the felon got caught. I personally know many people who have made poor choices but wised up before they got caught. So you lost all credibility when you said “what part of felon do you not understand?” Then, when you basically blamed an adult 30 year old man’s choices on his mother, you really showed your ignorance. He is a grown man and his mother has absolutely nothing to do with the choices he has made. How do you know she didn’t dicipline him? Why is it not his dads fault? It’s neither parent’s fault because the man is grown and what he does in his own life is no reflection upon his parents. You said let him sit in jail for a minute. The guy has done 9 years for theft so he has either learned or he hasn’t and by the circumstances of his case, he hasn’t learned and will be sent to prison for at least 15-20 years. Felony poss. of a firearm is automatic fed time and you are looking at 10 years, plus it will be enhanced and etc. Anyway, you are correct; the guy isn’t a winner and has made poor choices. But for you to generalize “convicted felons,” and to blame his choices on his mother, along with other things you said, really just rubbed me the wrong way. I see ignorant comments online all day every day and I have never spoke up or put my nose in. But I literally went out of my way to write this and hope you take the time to realize how one sided and sheltered you sound.

Yeah this is one of my best friends. He’s been outta prison for 5 years got married, had a kid and got a job. He was driving to work with two co-works. One of the guys was on probation. Stockton Police are doing this operation ceasefire. They waited outside of the guys house who was on probation and searched the car. They found a handgun in the trunk. They want to make an example out of them. Charged him with 9 felonies bond is set at $900,000. His mom is trying to raise bail so his son can see him. Please repost. Thanks-via Mike Wade his best friend-

The teardrop would stop me dead in my tracks. From what I used to know of gang “rules”, you have to kill someone for that teardrop. If he was so “not gang ant more” he should have had those tats removed.

Even if former gang members do leave the gang life once and for all, many of them can’t afford the painful and very expensive and very long and drawn out process of getting a tattoo (or several) removed. Did you think of that? I doubt it. Even if there was a charity for this, they aren’t a dime a dozen.

Regardless, should we really be glorifying a criminal (who may have murdered someone) just because of their looks?

I’m sorry but he is not that great looking. The tattoos on his neck do not make him attractive. I do not understand why people are going crazy over him. I would want a successful man, not a man with a long rap sheet.

To some of you who keep bringing up the “Lord” and your “Christian Values”- What the hell are you doing on a gossip website? Shouldn’t you be at a prayer meeting or something? Stop judging! He over served time in prison for his crime. It’s too bad all the white collar criminals that run the banks, oil companies and Government never have to serve any time in prison.

“He spent 9 years in prison previously for grand theft auto, USA Today reports”.

^^ That’s all I need to know in order to stop myself from going gaga over him. Shame on the people giving a CONVICTED FELON fame for being attractive of all reasons. You should all be ashamed. What about the people he’s affected with his crimes? I’ve seen some excuses being written to justify this crap, but there are none. I can only imagine the things you people would have said had Ariel Castro looked like Jeremy. Ugh.
