Wil Wheaton: Actor Mashes ‘Game Of Thrones’ With ‘Brady Bunch’ Theme

On the latest episode of ‘The Wil Wheaton Project,’ the ‘Game of Thrones’ opening credits gets a fresh look, but with a ‘Brady Bunch’ twist.

Wil Wheaton is definitely the best person around right now. The Wil Wheaton Project host took the hype surrounding the recent Game of Thrones finale and gave us a new title sequence of the hit show à la The Brady Bunch we never knew we needed, but we’re so thankful to have now.

Wil Wheaton: Creates ‘Game Of Thrones’ Opening Credits With ‘Brady Bunch’ Theme

For all you Game of Thrones fans, this is for you. On the June 17 episode of The Wil Wheaton Project, Wil turned the Game of Thrones opening credits into The Brady Bunch. Seriously, who knew the 70s hit show would fit so well in the kingdom of Westeros?

Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) gets the Mrs. Brady role and her children get the Brady Bunch treatment. Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) “had hair of gold like his uncle, because of incest.” Spot-on, right?

Meanwhile, Ned Stark (Sean Bean) is Mr. Brady, which is actually perfect.

Then, Tywin (Charles Dance), Littlefinger (Aiden Gillen), Robb Stark (Richard Madden) and more come together, and the theme song sings how they all would “somehow murder families.”

But the best part? Instead of “that’s the way we all became the Brady bunch” becomes “that’s the way we all play the game of thrones.”

Thank you, Wil Wheaton. This Game of Thrones mash-up is definitely something we never knew we needed. We shall cherish it until the return of Game of Thrones season five in 2015.

HollywoodLifers, what did you think of the Game of Thrones-Brady Bunch mash-up? Let us know!
