I think Anna would be a better Elsa than Georgina Haig. Anna looks so much more like her. I’m sorry you didn’t get the part Anna but keep up the good work and who knows maybe someday you’ll get a part in a movie. Good luck!

Wow. Any blonde girl with a lot of make up can dress up like elsa. My friend bayleigh could right now and it would look like elsa. Shes such a simple character to look like. Plus, its a disney movie not the best thing ever. Wow people.

She really doesn’t look a thing like Elsa to me and I know I can’t be the only one thinking that.

Honestly, I don’t think it really matters. I do agree that she’s too young, but if an actress is going to be an actress she has to get a shot. Maybe cast her in a smaller role as Elsa such as flashbacks to her teenage years, it’s not fair for people to judge her and say that her casting would ruin the show when they’ve never ever seen her act. I say give the kid the benefit of the doubt and at least offer her an audition; not because she looks like Elsa, but because everyone deserves a chance. And all of you people who are saying that you would stop watching OUAT if she were cast because she would ruin the show and she wouldn’t play Elsa that well, have you seen who they cast for Kristoff? Just saying. Rant over. Goodbye.

Honestly I am sick and tired of hearing about this girl as much as I am tired of hearing about Miley Cyrus being naked. She is beautiful, and she’s adorable doing charity work for kids in need etc, but anyone could “look” like elsa the way she does. Blue contact lenses, not to mention her hair isn’t even Platinum Blonde. If her goal in life is to be an actress that’s great, but go to college and get the right skills. OUAT stated they plan to pick up where the Frozen story left off whether Elsa will be evil or good is yet to be seen. She is ONLY 18 (and looks younger than 18 to me) with no history of acting or even a lesson. Just because you’re beautiful hun doesn’t mean you should get a high role in a popular TV series.

She looks like her because she is dressed as her and has changed herself to try to look like her? She’s colored her hair and is wearing contact lenses. Good luck to her if she’s a genuinely good actress willing to work hard and do a great job portraying Elsa, but getting the job purely on looks you don’t really have… silly.

Honestly, I will stop watching the show if they cast her instead of a professional actress just because she wears contacts, dyes her hair, and dresses up as elsa. Anyone can do professional make up, dye hair, and wear contacts to look like elsa. Not sure why she’s a thing otherwise for her work for charity and kids parties.

How do I put this nicely? She is pretty, I will admit, but speaking as a former actress and someone who actually watches the show (yes, even before Frozen existed), I would much rather see a professional and experienced actress play this version of Elsa. Disney Elsa is hard enough to portray, and knowing OUAT, this Elsa isn’t going to be much easier. She might’ve gotten the audition thanks to the media and social networking, but it takes more than looks to land a role on a TV show, especially on a show like OUAT.

i wouldent be against her playing elsa in flashbacks when she was a teenager , but she is way too young for the main role

She’s way too young to play her. All the other actresses who play the princesses on the show are in their 20’s and 30’s.

Honestly, I don’t even think she’s looks anything like her. No they should not just give her the role without even auditioning. Maybe an invite to audition BUT THATS IT. This girl is pissing me off with all I her publicity. She isn’t even that good at LOOKING the part much less playing it. And OUAT wants a villain, not the Disney version. This is all just stupid.

Although I think you’re going completely overboard with your reaction, I agree. Acting isn’t just about looking the part. You have to have the skills to back it up as well. If everyone is so gung-ho about Anna playing Elsa, here’s an idea…fly her to Florida and get her a job at Disney World. Trying to get her on a well established show with talented actors/actresses when she has no background in acting whatsoever is beyond stupid. If you want to ruin the show that’d be the way to do it.
